How an engagement begins

For direct clients, an engagement with Skyline Bookkeeping, LLC exists only under a signed engagement letter that sets out the scope of services and the fee. Browsing this website, requesting a quote, downloading a checklist, or exchanging emails does not by itself create an engagement or a client relationship.

Fees

Services are provided at fixed fees quoted in writing in advance. Fees shown on this website are the published fixed fees for the services described; your engagement letter confirms the exact fee for your situation before work begins. There is no hourly billing.

No guarantees

Skyline does not guarantee any particular outcome — including any tax result, refund amount, filing acceptance, or penalty relief — and nothing on this website should be read as such a guarantee. Refunds of fees, where applicable, are governed by the terms of your signed engagement letter, not by this website.

Scope of services

Skyline Bookkeeping, LLC provides bookkeeping and tax preparation services. It prepares and e-files tax returns; it does not represent clients before the IRS, perform audits, reviews, or other attest work, or prepare other countries' tax returns.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, checklists, graphics, and the Skyline Bookkeeping name and logo — belongs to Skyline Bookkeeping, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
